I keep getting email for working from home processing rebates, is that a legit home business opportunity?
I’m disabled and would like to find some sort of work from home type of business. I’ve seen all kinds of jobs that claim you can work from home but many sound too good to be true.
melaluca.com some are legit some arent try going to regisandkelly.com or goodmorningamerica.com they all have sites for legit companies.
melaluca is one i found that was legit only problem is their products are expensive somewhat and its a bit more confusing

Start a second career. Mortgage originations are declining as interest rates go up. Expect more of both in the next few years.

Mortgage Lead Creation. Ideas on How to approach lead Generation?
To Clarify: I’m New (newly returning from the 2001 Mortgage boom where all i had to do was ANSWER the phone) So, I have experience in the business. I’m coming back into the Mortgage business at a time where everyone has LEFT… but I think its a great time to dive back in. I’d like to do it RIGHT, this time. So i do have a plan to Prospect for FSBOs, Realtor relations, Finacial Advisors, builders & such. I have put together a website(KCmortgageGuy.com) , and done some guerilla Marketing to promote myself locally. I’m looking SPECIFICALLY for additional ideas and/or tactics on how to create OR generate Additional LEADS to cold call or contact daily to SUPPLEMENT what I’m already doing. I wish to Make sure that I’m doing this efficiently, so Targeting is Important. >> SORRY TO BE SO LONG WINDED<<
I dont mind paying for quality leads or marketing, But I have found or am OF the OPINION that the Online Mortgage Lead vendors are double dipping OR at Least are No longer effective.
You might want to consider testing out Mortgage Trigger leads. I know you mentioned that you thought online leads are "shaky" but trigger leads (yes they are non-exclusive) come to you within 48 hours after an Ap has been submitted. Plenty of time to jump in and compete for the paper.

Who does the Better Business Bureau say has the best work at home opportunities?
I don’t want to have to pay to get started, because that is not the type of opportunity I am looking for. It should be just as any other job except I work from home to earn my pay.
The BBB does not compare opportunities to each other, but you can check their notations on a company to see how many unresolved issues they’ve had during a certain timeframe, which may clue you in to a possible management or production problem.
Here are my suggestions on finding a legitimate opportunity that’s right for YOU:
- Set your financial goals — Are you just looking for extra income or a potential full-time income? How long (and hard) are you willing to work to meet your goal?
- Determine if you are looking for a JOB or a Business — there is a distinct difference between the two and you want to focus your energies appropriately for the best results.
- If looking for a JOB, what are your marketable skills and previous experiences? If you are looking for a BUSINESS, go with your passions, things that interest and motivate you the most. Build a list and use that to begin your search. General rule of thumb: Never pay for a job (businesses, on the other hand, usually involve some expenses). I recommend checking out the Telecommuting Moms folder here at WAHM.com for leads on home JOBS. I also have some resources for freelance work and telecommuting jobs on my Work From Home site.
- Review your budget — know ahead of time what you are willing and able to invest into your business, including start-up costs and ongoing maintenance and promotion.
- Find a rep to contact, check out their websites, ask questions, do your own independent research. Check resources such as www.bbb.org for potential scams.
