New Online Marketing Technology Tools for Lead Generation
According to the Kelly Group, the percentage of small and midsized home and trade-services businesses with websites will increase to 60 percent by 2010, up from just 33 percent today.
What are the latest techniques and tools for marketing and advertising? Today, we use new technologies like Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to make a website show up on the first pages of the engines like Google when people search for what they want. Then there’s Social Media Marketing (SMM). But in reality marketing, advertising and SEO is all about one thing — lead Generation.
There are basically two ways SEO works: onsite website optimization and offsite via links directed to your website.
And the other trend, social media, shows that there are a number of consumer referral and home-services community sites like Craig’s List or ServiceMagic. In addition, small business entrepreneurs are posting pages on MyFace, while creative talent post on pages in MySpace. Twitter is also gaining in popularity.
Customers are more sophisticated and demanding these days, and we all like to go online and chat about things. So in order to find you and your company, peroduct or service a combination of SEO and SMM targets people who are sharing ideas and opinions, and looking for what you might be selling.
It is like the “Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval” in that social media is the online way that we share ideas, opinions and insights, with others. There are online social networks for communities of people who share interests and activities, while social media includes an assorted array of online communications hubs driven by users: Internet forums, message boards, blogs, podcasts, wikis, and videos. there’s also music and picture-sharing, vlogs, wall-postings, email, and instant messaging. These are all new outlets for marketing.
SMM includes offsite optimization strategies with the intent of distributed content across multiple social media networks. We can add links to services such as Digg, Del.icio.us or Readdit. Marketers can write unique content embedded with key words and phrases, so when people search online, there’s a better chance of finding your content via the search engines like Google.
SMM is about being social so this offsite work includes research, and a social media strategy with specific tactics for having two way conversations with target audiences. So it’s important to get content out there and create pages that provide links back to your website. This ultimately will build traffic, and bring you return on investment (ROI.)

The View Inside Opt in MLM Leads
The factors behind opt in MLM Leads is to be inside, where the good stuff is located.
The situation would be like this; you outside of the opt in MLM Leads industry, wanting to get in. to get the inside scoop of the Leads business. If you knew what actually went on in some arenas, you may think the inside scoop looks like this picture.
How are they generated?
For the most part, these leads are generated over the Internet. While there is no definite study to prove this matter, it is safe to assume that 85-90% of all leads you find for sale are originated on the Internet.
There are two main reasons for this. First, the Internet is where most people are doing their research today when looking for jobs, looking for ways to make extra money, something to invest on, etc. So, why not go where the people are looking?
Second, it is the most cost effective way of generating these leads.
Surely, a person is surfing the Internet, doing a Google search, and checking out their options for ways to make extra income. Or, sometimes the person is not even thinking about wanting more money when an online ad catches their attention and they check it out. So, they fill out a form and hit submit.
That is the basics behind online opt in MLM Lead Generation. Some person is out there surfing the Net. There is an online ad and a form. Filled out and submit. Then they are now a prospect waiting to be sold.
Quite a nice system. Wouldn’t we all like to receive a batch of leads after people had been surfing the Internet for ways of making money from home. Now you have their name, phone, and E-mail address in your hands.
But there are some variables that can make a big difference in the type of opt in MLM leads you are holding in your hands.
‘Incentivized’ them!
One of the biggest problems that exists among the Internet lead generation business is the incentives that entice a person to fill out a form and submit.
If you have purchased opt in MLM leads long enough, then you have probably come across the person who did not know they were going to be contacted about a home business. Instead they thought they were going to get a new Video iPod, $10,000, or a vacation cruise.
So, what do you do? You go to an opt in MLM leads company and you buy a batch of leads. The leads are about $2.25 each, so you buy 50 of them for $112.50. There is a chance you may find a good prospect in there, one that will be targeted to the product or service that you are offering.
No lead is ever pure because you do not know what other sites the prospect has been to, filling out forms, and checking out other businesses.
However, if you are going to invest in these leads; it is worth a few extra minutes of research or an email or phone call to the owners; to know what kind of leads you are purchasing.
Opt in MLM Leads are all about results. So go ask and test first.

Generating MLM Leads Online – Free MLM Leads – Paid MLM Leads – What’s More Effective?
Generating leads online can be very expensive if you don’t know What you’re doing. Generating leads online can be very expensive if you don’t know what you’re doing. However, if you know how to do research and create enticing sites, the leads you create online can be very good and inexpensive.
Here are a couple of sites that you can use to do some keyword research:
https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
http://www.keyworddiscovery.com/search.html
When doing keyword research, you want to see how many people are searching for a certain keyword and what the competition is. I know for a fact that Google has a keyword research tool (which is my favorite) that tells you exactly how many people are searching on an average month, and the amount of competition for that specific keyword. I would assume that any other site that offers advertising, like Yahoo, MSN, and AOL have a similar tool.
There are also rules to follow when setting up your ads. All the different search engines have different rules, so it’s important to study the rules so that your ad has a good ranking, gets seen More, therefore you get more clicks. I would suggest starting with one search engine site mastering that, and then going to a different one. (This is what I always tell people when they’re considering starting more than one M.L.M. business at the same time. It is important to create results with one thing, master that, and then open more doors. If you are constantly learning, learning, learning, it will be a lot harder to create consistent results).
The way that you are going to create sales in your business is to get people to your website. I recommend to my team members that until they have their Free lead generation systems in place, they devote money into online ads. This is how we started our business. We first paid to get people to our site (using Google AdWords), and then lowered our AdWord budget as we started creating more quality leads for free.

Secrets of Online Lead Generation: 10 Ways to Boost Opt-in Page Conversions
The opt-in page is a critical leverage point in online lead generation. Here are 10 tips for increasing its conversion rate…
Technical & Design Considerations:
1. An opt-in page, or “squeeze page”, has but one goal: to collect contact information. That said, there should be no other option but to fill out the form. No menu bar… no external links… nothing to distract your visitor from taking the desired action. This is proven to increase response.
2. As a general rule, the more information you ask for, the lower your response will be. For first contact, settle for the name and email address. Asking for the phone number will kill your response. It’s too soon to ask for it. Once you’ve built the relationship, you can always step up the involvement by offering another enticement for more of their contact information.
3. Be sure the opt-in form is “above the fold” so visitors don’t have to scroll down to see it. This is proven to increase conversions. If the copy is long, include another form at the bottom of the page.
4. Your opt-in page should be on its own domain such as www.AutomatedLeadsOnline.com. This makes it much easier to market and promote your opt-in page using offline methods.
Copywriting Considerations:
5. Here’s a quick headline test: Your headline should speak to your target prospect, communicate a unique benefit, contain a certain amount of curiosity, use specific (non vague) language, and make an emotional appeal.
6. People are increasingly reluctant to give up their contact information. That means your copy needs to work extra hard to “sell” your free enticement. In fact, opt-in page copy is actually sales copy. Your prospect should desire your information so strongly, he is willing to give up his closely-guarded email address to get his hands on it.
7. Use bullet points to create intrigue and tease curiosity. They should point out what your prospect will discover on the “other side.” Make them as interesting as possible. They should be specific… unique… relevant… and intriguing.
8. Provide a “reason why” you’re offering this information for free. People need a reason for everything. A plausible “reason why” is powerful and persuasive.
9. Include a call to action that tells the reader exactly what you want them to do. Leave nothing to chance. Take advantage of the fact that people respond to direct commands. For example, “To get your hands on this valuable Special Report, simply fill in your name and the best email address to reach you.”
10. Use audio or video to add an extra dimension. This engages your visitors on another level, and gives you more chances to “sell” your prospect on opting-in.
Use these 10 tips as a general guide for creating effective lead-generating opt-in pages. But take don’t take them as gospel. Always test your opt-in page elements to determine the best-performing combination.
