How much lead generation do you do? Agents?
Who do you call? People you know or people around your listings or just straight up cold call?
Developing new business as an agent is CONSTANT and consists of 50-100% of my time depending on how much business I have. Many of the real estate seminare's I have attended all say the same thing. Contact everyone you know first, then expand upon that list and keep contacting those people over and over. Expanding on your contact list does include contacting neighbors of a listing you have as well as simple cold calls, but the majority of your business is likely to come referals from present and past clentele! It is these people you need to keep in touch with most!
