Networking Marketing companies ALWAYS will make you money, but you need to follow the system. And usually within a 2 to three year period of time, you are making a residual income. However, THAT IS NEVER ENOUGH FOR ME.

Why Do Most Network Marketers Fail?

I think everybody not already making six-figures in mlm is becoming extremely frustrated with todays failure rate in the industry.

For network marketers, the common problems for Most distributors are-

Not having enough interested prospects (leads).

Not having enough money to fund their marketing.

Only making money when they sponsor someone.

If any networker had dozens of interested prospects to talk to daily, wouldn’t everybody succeed?

Well for now, we’ll talk about the 3 reasons most aren’t succeeding…

Reason #1: Bit pieces of residual income cant pay the bills!

People come into this business expecting to make money from day one. They simple assume that they can just order some products and make money, while the products practically “sell themselves”. And even when they do happen to sign up a few friends or colleagues, they struggle to find “more prospects” and the only alternative is to buy high priced leads which cost more than the peddley $50-$100 checks they’ve started to generate.

The result? Little or no money, no downline, no prospects (except aunt Sue and nieghbor Joe) and hundreds of dollars down the drain spent on products, wasted time, and so-called “training materials”.

Reason #2: There’s not enough prospects for massive duplication.

Unless a network marketer can build a business with HUGE momentum and massive duplication, they will simply find themselves trying to “fill a leaky bucket” – meaning reps are just dropping out as fast as new comers join.

The only way around this, known to network marketers, is to head to the lead companies and dish out several hundred dollars for what they call “high-quality” leads. Sometimes they are even shared between 4-5 people!

The result? Not enough interested people to talk to, while simply not making the money to pay for those “great” leads.

Reason #3: Network marketers rely on ‘recruiting money’ to fund their efforts.

Mainly they use what little money they have made to cover the costs in problems 1 and 2. Basically, recoupling the costs for purchased leads, training materials, products, time, effort, and any additional money spent… plus, not to mention the horrific attrition curve.

The solution?

Well while most people get wrapped up in the whole “Our product(s) are the best” …or “are company is growing faster than yahoo” ,or “we have the best compensation plan in the industry”…

It doesnt matter! You See, what I hope people realize is that you can have the best product, company, and compensation plan in the world, but it’s all completely worthless unless you have a true marketing system in place that will bring people to you!. Impossible? Hardly… And the funny thing is, is its much easier than doing mlm the common way.

Here are the facts:

You want people pay you to become leads, You want people to pay you to prospect them, And finally, you need to make money whether you sponsor someone or not.

It is MUCH easier to become full-time in network marketing when:

You have dozens of leads to talk to, daily, you’re able to make $500-$1000 your very first month even if you dont sponsor anyone, and you build your empire fast to stay ahead of the attrition curve.

So How does a network marketer do all this? And teach his downline to do the same?

You use a “formula” to put this pipeline in place. Your pipeline should consist of ads that find your prospects, a lead capture page to put them in your email list, and an autoresponder that follows up with those prospects 24/7.

It does take a little work to set up, but in the end, the result is worth it ten times over.

Who is your target Market?

That’s right, business builders.

People who already buy or use your product or service, or one just like it (ie Network Marketers, or future existing customer base)

People looking to start a home based business (Biz opportunity seekers)

People actively seeking info about your specific opportunity (looking for successful team, system, etc)

Product Customers

People who already are buying or using a related product or service

People with a problem who are looking for a solution

People looking for your specific product by name

Bring People into Your Pipeline..Your Marketing System

Learn how to Build your core asset – Multiple Lists that includes all that do NOT buy or sign up immediately.. this is 90% of all 1st time visits to your ads..do not waste these leads

Start to Advertise to one (1) of the target markets above, first, then you can grow later (Free or Paid)

Capture Name and Email of visitors to your ad. (Your Own Capture Page is Mandatory)

Educate, and build a relationship (Need an Autoresponder to automate, and send broadcast Emails)

Retail a product or service related to your target niche (Test low cost items, info products to build trust)

Backend/MLM Promo (Upgrade size of sale, course, MLM product, auto ship etc)

Residual Income (This is the extra cash, your primary business opportunity)

Trying to email individually will bury you the more successful you get. Trying to start out recruiting to your MLM directly will likely frustrate you, and probably NOT be profitable for a long time.

You will notice I never mentioned advertising your business directly. This is all about marketing your core asset..YOU.

You will waste your time and money sending traffic directly to your company provided website.. You might get an accidental customer or request for info, but you have no idea who actually goes to the site, or how many, well you get the idea, right..

Think of your business as “YOU, Inc”, with your MLM as just a single part of “YOU, Inc”

MYTH: You have to be a computer expert. Not so, there are some basic skills but they are all learnable. Can you type, and use a word editor? If so, there are lots of free tools to get you started.

Just like you, when I started out 2 years ago trying to do exactly what my MLM uplines taught me. I was a good student, calling my warm market, making a list of everybody I know, pounding the phones with lists, buying leads, genealogy lists, attending meetings, conventions, etc etc.

But in my heart I knew I wanted to build my business on line with today’s technology, and most if not all, MLM companies do NOT teach how to do that.

I recently discovered a “fully funded sponsoring franchise system” that allows me to get all of my advertising cost paid for by using a couple affiliate programs to fund my marketing campaign. I now am able to drive thousands of people to my website every week and don’t spend a dime! This has been a secret that was closely guarded by many internet marketing gurus.

How does network marketing differ from a franchise opportunity? Usually individuals will associate with a parent company on the basis of being an independent contractor or franchisee – the remuneration comes as not just by the products they sell but by the sales efforts of those recruited into the business.

One can liken this in certain aspects to some franchise opportunities whereby royalties are paid from the sales of individual franchise operations to the franchisor as well as to an area or regional manager.

With a franchise business, you usually acquire the rights to an exclusive territory and you then have to market the branded product in the territory. In return you have to pay an initial franchise fee and some royalties to the franchisor.

Network marketing unlike a franchise opportunity is based upon not only selling the products that the organisation produces but also from building an organisation around you that would follow your steps and duplicate your efforts. You make a percentage from the chain you created.

This is one of the most powerful concepts of network marketing – making it possible to earn from the efforts of others but carries with it a burden of responsibility – one needs to teach the people in their organisation and also help them to increase their sales volume whilst building their own organisations.

Companies that have decided to embark on the MLM route organise seminars and events with the purpose of teaching their representatives the most efficient way of doing those two things.

How does one choose the exact company / business to become involved with?

The essential ingredients of the choice are the qualities of the person that is introducing you and the company itself – is the company well funded? Are the resources there to see through a bleak period? Are the products conducive to residual income or is it a purchase made once every 4 or 5 years?

The best business opportunities come from companies that distribute products that people will actually use both from a usability point of view and the price structure.

In my own experience of network marketing, it is crucial to have a product that people can relate to, and, following the old sales strategy, that they can see the benefits of – it also has to be something that is affordable and useable.

Again, in my experience, there are many companies offering their products for sale using one of the most ,if not the most affective marketing systems in the world – by definition the system is so effective in part due to the number of people it involves.

A great misconception held is that it is the same as pyramid-selling – this is not the case and the whole system is designed so that everyone can make money rather than the profits being distributed in an unfair way.

Most of all, though I personally think that one should examine the products carefully as they will ultimately lead to sales – and the bottom line is that if products do not sell well, irrespective of what it is, then the company will ultimately falter. It is also important to find products that have repeat sales so that you can generate a residual income stream from all your efforts.

The choice of what company to be involved with or what industry one’s particular interest is held for is, of course up to the individual but I think that it is important to keep one’s business head on whilst evaluating the concept – what one enjoys may not necessarily be the money-spinner.
